Rm99 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document sets out the rules and conditions governing the use of the rm99 platform by all users in Malaysia. Please read carefully before registering or using any of the services provided.

Acceptance of Terms & Conditions
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the rm99 platform, you agree to be fully bound by the Terms & Conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are advised not to use the rm99 platform.

Account Creation and Security Responsibilities
Account Registration
- Each user is only permitted to hold one account only on the rm99 platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited.
- All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. rm99 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time.
- Users are fully responsible for all activities that take place under their account, including any transactions and bets placed.
- Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or shared with any other party.
Password Security
- Users are responsible for keeping their password and login credentials confidential. rm99 will never ask for your password through any channel.
- If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, please contact the rm99 support team immediately via our support email.
- Use a strong, unique password that you don't use for any other account to keep your rm99 account secure.
- Rm99 is not liable for any losses resulting from a user's failure to keep their login credentials secure.
User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
Users agree to use the rm99 platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the rm99 platform:
- Using any automated software, scripts, or bots to access or interact with the platform without prior written consent from rm99.
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or damage the technical infrastructure or security of the rm99 platform.
- Engaging in any fraudulent activity, identity fraud, or manipulation of the payment or betting system.
- Sharing your account credentials or allowing others to use your account for any purpose.
- Taking any action that could damage the reputation or interests of rm99 or other users on the platform.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in the immediate suspension or closure of your account without prior notice, and rm99 reserves the right to take appropriate legal action.
Payment and Transaction Information in MYR
All transactions on the rm99 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that deposits are made using a valid payment method registered in their own name.
Rm99 accepts deposits via popular local payment methods available in Malaysia, including TNG eWallet, FPX, Maybank2u, and CIMB Clicks. Processing times vary depending on the method chosen, and rm99 is not liable for delays caused by third-party financial service providers.
Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or digital wallet registered in the same user's name. rm99 reserves the right to request verification documents before processing any withdrawal to ensure transaction security. Any attempt to withdraw funds using false information or through a third party will result in account suspension.
Users are responsible for understanding any fees or charges that their bank or digital wallet provider may impose when making deposits or withdrawals on the rm99 platform.

All content on the rm99 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of rm99 and is protected under applicable copyright law. Users may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any content without prior written consent.
The rm99 platform may contain references to third-party services such as payment providers. rm99 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party services. Users are advised to review the relevant third-party terms of service separately.
Account Policy, Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Account Suspension and Closure
Rm99 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time in the event of a breach of these terms, suspicious activity, or at the absolute discretion of rm99 management. Where an account is closed due to a terms violation, funds remaining in the account may be withheld pending investigation.
Users may also close their own account at any time by contacting the rm99 support team. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe once all related transactions have been settled.
Changes to Terms & Conditions
Rm99 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically. Continued use of the rm99 platform following any changes constitutes full acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws and rm99's internal platform policies. Any disputes arising from or related to the use of the rm99 platform will be resolved through processes determined by rm99 management.
